Based in York, Pennsylvania, Lian is a Chinese-American adoptee and is one of the Northeast Regional Policy Leads for Dear Asian Youth. With DAY's Policy Team, she hopes to elevate and advocate for Asian voices and promote systemic equity on a local, regional, and national level. She is an undergraduate student attending Salisbury University for a degree in Political Science with a minor in Economics and is an active member of both her on-campus and off-campus communities. When she manages to scrape together some free time, she can be found reading, hiking, struggling to crochet, or in her happy place at a cat cafe!
