Khoa is a Northeast Policy Associate from New York as part of Dear Asian Youth's Policy Team and a recent graduate of the University of Minnesota with a BA in Human Physiology and minors in Integrative Neuroscience and Public Health. While a local of the Twin Cities, he is now based in New York City to pursue his MPH in Sociomedical Sciences with a potential certificate in Infectious Disease Epidemiology at Columbia University. He is an enthusiast of fantasy books, good T.V. shows and movies, photography, and exploring new eats wherever he is at. With DAY, Khoa hopes to further involve himself in advocacy and activism through policy and bring in perspectives from an intersectional public health and biomedical lens.
