Dear Asian Youth
From California, Kobi is a Vietnamese-American wading through the finances and analyzing data for Dear Asian Youth! Apart from staring at numbers, (all for the purpose of offering opportunities to increase unrepresented voice—so it’s okay), he spends his time binging rom-coms and napping. Currently he is a student at Johns Hopkins University studying Public Health and Bioethics and serves as the Class President.
Erika is a UCLA graduate from Oakland, CA. As part of the Finance & Analytics team, she loves using her knowledge of social media to help strategize DAY’s growth. She enjoys rollerblading, deep diving on Wikipedia, and living vicariously through YouTube travel vlogs.
Growing up moving around to several states (and Japan!) throughout her childhood, Jelynn is a proud Filipino-American Californian starting her first year of college in New England. She’s passionate about connecting cultural identity and fields of STEM, particularly within science and medicine. In her she enjoys watching Korean dramas, doing origami and bullet journaling, and playing Stardew Valley.
Britney is a biracial Vietnamese-American who aspires to highlight the adversities that Asians face daily. Dear Asian Youth has inspired her to learn more about asian culture and find her own voice. You will often find her binging kdramas, reading, or chasing socal sunsets.
